Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines the most beneficial and powerful principles of:
  • hypnosis

RTT uses a relaxed state of hypnosis to help the client explore and understand the deep-seated beliefs and thought patterns that may be causing challenges in a person’s life.

For example: understanding why you have a food addiction, rather than just trying to eliminate the food, or restrict it, you need to understand what’s driving the food addiction in the first place. 

With this understanding, the therapist guides the person in rewiring their subconscious mind, using hypnotherapy techniques to replace negative beliefs with more positive and empowering ones. This process can lead to profound and lasting transformations in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, ultimately helping clients achieve greater happiness, confidence, and overall well-being.

  1. Relaxation: During an RTT session, you’ll first relax your body and mind, similar to how you might feel when you’re daydreaming or deeply relaxed.
  2. Hypnosis: Once you’re relaxed, the therapist gently guides you into a focused state of awareness called hypnosis. It’s like a state of deep concentration where your mind is very open to suggestion.
  3. Exploration: In this state, you and the therapist explore your thoughts, feelings, and memories. You’ll go back in time to find the root causes of any problems or challenges you’re facing.
  4. Understanding: You’ll gain a better understanding of why you might have certain beliefs or habits that are causing issues in your life.
  5. Rewiring: With this newfound understanding, the therapist helps you “rewire” your mind by replacing negative thoughts and beliefs with positive ones. It’s like upgrading the software in your brain to think and feel better.
  6. Empowerment: You leave the session feeling more confident and in control. The changes made during the session can have a lasting and positive impact on your life.

In simple terms, RTT helps you relax, understand why you feel the way you do, and then reprograms your mind to feel better and more confident. It’s like a mental makeover that can lead to lasting improvements in your well-being and happiness.

The difference between RTT and many other forms of therapy is the speed of delivery and rapid response to find the root-cause of the issue. 
RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from a vast array of physical, emotional, and psychological conditions, by reframing the core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions that are held deep in the subconscious mind, which controls 90- 95% of your thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions without you even ‘thinking’ about it. 
When you understand why you do something, or feel a particular way, it becomes far easier to change it.  This is what makes RTT so powerful and also because you’re working at the subconscious level which is driving up to 95% of what you think, feel and act without your conscious awareness.

Most RTT sessions last around 2-2.5 hours in duration including pre-session consultation, the session itself and some time for debriefing and questions afterwards. 
Amanda will send you a personalised self-hypnosis audio within 24 hours of your session, and you will be asked to listen to this for a minimum of 21-30 consecutive days.
Amanda will talk with you beforehand to go through your Intake Form and get clarity on your current experience of the issue and how you want life to look and feel without the issue.
Then Amanda will talk through the process involved with the session and demonstrate some techniques before we get started on the hypnosis.  
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and be reassured of any concerns.
The RTT hypnotherapy session itself will take approximately 90 minutes up to 2 hours.  At the end of the session, you will be brought back out of hypnosis and will have some time to de-brief from the session with Amanda. 
Most clients are ok to drive home immediately afterwards, or if you’re with Amanda on Zoom, then you will be in the comfort of your own space. 

When you’re in hypnosis, you can expect to feel deeply relaxed and peaceful, kind of like you’re in a light sleep.  You can still hear everything, you have full awareness and control over what’s happening during the session and will be able to respond to Amanda’s questions, all while in hypnosis. 

Afterwards you may feel like you’ve woken from a very deep sleep and rest. 

What if I can't be hypnotised?

This is a common concern, but in all of the clients I’ve worked with so far, everyone has dropped into hypnosis easily and effortlessly – even the clients who said to me they can’t be hypnotised!  Hypnosis is actually a natural brain wave state that you may go into throughout the day without realising.

For example: what about the time when you were driving your car somewhere you travel to a lot and you’re thinking about a problem. All of a sudeen you’ve arrived without being consciously aware of getting there.  Did you stop at that red light?  This is an example of a common hypnotic state where your conscious mind is thinking through something, while your subconscious mind takes over driving to that place you’ve been to many times before. 

Everyone can be hypnotised – it’s a very natural and relaxing state but you just need to be willing to relax into it. 


No. Even whilst in hypnosis you are in complete control of what you do and what you say.  You cannot be made to do or say anything that you don’t want to.  Your mind will also only receive and accept suggestions that you are open to receiving.

Most clients require between 1 and 3 sessions to transform their issue, provided they fully participate in the process.    
What this means is that you are open to hypnosis and hypnotherapy and you participate by listening to your personalised audio that will be provided for 21-30 consecutive days.
Please note: complex issues including eating disorders, addictions and more complex and long term mental health issues may require more sessions, depending on individual circumstances.

This depends on a lot of different factors.  

Results happen one of three ways.
Immediately, progressively or retroactively.

Immediately: some clients notice an immediate change to the way they feel
Progressively: most clients will notice they think and feel differently over time
Retroactively: some clients will look back and realise they no longer think or feel they way they used to when they had the problem. 
The RTT process and your therapeutic healing is a two-way partnership between you and your Therapist. One cannot succeed without the other’s full participation.

So for those reasons, I cannot guarantee specific results.  

However, it worked for me and it’s worked extremely well for most of my clients, so why wouldn’t it work for you too?

OCD & Anxiety
