 Hi, I’m Amanda, a former Personal Trainer turned Rapid Transformational Therapist, a Mum of two boys and also a recovering perfectionist and overachiever.

I suffered from high-functioning anxiety for most of my life before even understanding what it is – I like to think of it as pick N mix bag of Perfectionism, Procrastination, People Pleasing and chronic Overthinking.

I thought that’s just ‘who I was’ and that’s who I would always be. 

I had an eating disorder in my teens that persisted for 8 years and I’ve had suicidal thoughts at times in my life when I felt like I wasn’t enough and didn’t deserve to be here.

When I became a Mum and soon after a business owner in a new career everything started to blow up! My perfectionist, people-pleasing, overthinking, procrastinating tendencies were out of control and I kept ignoring all of the signs my body was trying to send me, until one day I hit the wall and had a breakdown. 

My doctor wanted to medicate me and send me on my way. But I knew there was more to it than just taking a pill and for me, that just felt like sticking a bandaid over the actual problem. 

I tried a lot of other methods before I found RTT. None of them had the profound and lasting impact I found with RTT.

HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
We will begin the consultation process with a 15-20 minute free consultation call for Amanda to find out about your issue(s) and uncover what you would like to be free from.
The RTT session itself is usually 2 hours, allowing for time before and after the session to ask questions and de-brief from your session. 
Sessions takes place in person in Eatons Hill or on Zoom from the comfort of your home.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION?
Amanda will go through your Intake Form and get clarity on your current experience of the issue and how you want life to look and feel without the issue.
Amanda will talk through the process involved with the session and demonstrate some techniques before we get started on the hypnosis.  
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and be reassured of any concerns.
The RTT session takes about 2 hours.  At the end of the session, you will be brought back out of hypnosis and will have some time to de-brief from the session with Amanda.
You will be sent a personalised hypnotic audio within 24 hours of your session and you will required to listen to this for a minimum of 21 days at least once per day.
WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

When you’re in hypnosis, you will feel deeply relaxed and peaceful, kind of like you’re in a light sleep.  You can still hear everything, you will have full awareness of what’s happening during the session and will be able to respond to Amanda’s questions, all while in hypnosis. It’s not mind control, but it is a better way to control your mind.

WILL I LOSE CONTROL?

You are in control throughout the session and can’t be made to say or do anything you don’t want to.

Your Therapist will facilitate the session but you’re in control of the outcomes. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WORK?
Change is experienced immediately, progressively (over time) and retroactively (looking back).
Most clients require a minimum 21-30 days of consistently listening to their hypnotic audio provided after their session. 
This is a critical part of the subconscious change process and critical to your success.
It’s important to note most clients require 1-3 sessions.
IS THERE A GUARANTEE THIS WILL WORK?
The RTT process and your therapeutic healing is a two-way partnership between you and your Therapist. Much like a Personal Trainer or Psychologist, results will vary from person to person and for this reason, I cannot guarantee your success or results.
What I do gurantee is if for some reason, you’re not satisfied with the session you receive from Amanda, you’re invited to contact Amanda within 30 days of your session discuss the appropriate outcome. 
What is the cost of this program?

The investment is $349 per month, payable over 3 monthly instalments debited from your nominated account.

How much time do I commit to the program

Each month you’ll have 1 x 2-hour RTT session, plus 1 x 30 minute coaching call.

You will also be required to listen to your personalised hypnotic audio daily, once a day.  This is very relaxing and healing habit that you will come to look forward to each day.

The results shared are from women just like you, who came to me not really knowing if this could work for them, and now they wish they new about it sooner.

I was sceptical in the beginning

I’ll be totally upfront, when I first found out about Rapid Transformational Therapy, I was sceptical and didn’t believe it could achieve the results promised.

a) I’d never heard of it before

b) my only association with hynotherapy was on stage shows with people clucking like chickens and doing other silly things under duress 😳

I would also say I have a fact-based mind and need ‘evidence’ before I believe in something and would recommend it to others 👩🏼‍🔬

But the first time I tried RTT, it cracked me wide open and I was not only able to clearly see what was going on for me and how experiences from my past were still impacting on my present day experience, but also, I was able to see those experiences in a different way.

And you may be asking, what’s the benefit in going back and look at this stuff? Well, whilst you can’t change the events that led to the anxiety, you get to change the meaning you attached to the events. 

And it’s the meaning we attach to the events that create the anxious thinking that creates the anxiety. 

Meaning like:

  • I’m not safe in the world by myself
  • I can’t figure stuff out by myself
  • I’m not good enough
  • People will make fun of me if I get it wrong or don’t do a good job 
  • I have to please everyone and be the best in order to be loved and accepted

There’s no Quick Fix but this is the closest thing I’ve found

I don’t believe anything is a Quick Fix, but I will say RTT is the closest thing I’ve come to it! 

After just 1-2 sessions and consistently listening to my hypnotic audio, I began to notice significant changes in the way I think, feel, act and react to situations that would normally trigger anxiety and rumination

And soon after I noticed changes in myself, other people began to notice and they would say things like:-

Amanda you seem different now, really happy and relaxed.

You seem so calm and relaxed now Amanda, what’s changed. 

What I know is, I’ve transformed on the inside in a way I never thought possible.
